Attendance Tracking

Coaches capture session attendance via the Marshal PWA. Data flows instantly to the admin dashboard and rolls up into monthly reports for head coach review and approval.

Lightning Rewards

Approved attendance reports trigger instant Lightning payouts via the Blink Wallet API directly to participant NFC Bolt Cards. No manual steps, no delays.

Exponential Growth Curve

Rewards are calculated on an exponential curve based on monthly attendance percentage — actively encouraging consistent participation over sporadic attendance.

How it works

Register participants Administrator registers participants and assigns them to groups via the web dashboard.

Capture attendance Each group's coach captures attendance using the Marshal PWA.

Generate monthly report Attendance rolls up to a monthly report on the admin dashboard.

Head coach approves Head coach reviews and approves the monthly report.

Lightning payouts triggered Approval instantly triggers Lightning payouts via Blink Wallet API.

Sats land on Bolt Cards Payments land on each participant's NFC Bolt Card, ready to spend instantly.
