Lightning address payout support

Participants can now receive monthly rewards via a Lightning address in addition to their NFC Bolt Card. The Lightning address is synced from the attendance app and pre-filled in the admin send form. A green arrow distinguishes Lightning address payouts from card transactions in the admin transaction history.
