Beach Activities and Sharks-only session categories added

Session types were expanded to cover more of the programme’s real activities. Beach Activities is now available as a session category for all groups. Four additional categories — Simulated Heats, Video Analysis, Mental Training, and Scoring Review — were added and restricted to the Sharks group only.

The term “event” was replaced with “session” throughout all user-facing attendance messages to match how coaches refer to them.
